zIntending to enhance knowledge and provide students with international experiences, as well as cultural and academic exchange activities on campus, UEF prioritizes short-term study programs in various countries and worldwide regions annually.
To promote this spirit, in the upcoming March, the UEF International Institute will organize the International Camp 2024 at universities in Taiwan.
The program is scheduled for 7 days, providing UEFers with the opportunity to interact with international students and explore the distinctive features of a culturally rich new region.
The program starts on March 25, 2024, and ends on March 31, 2024. All UEF students can participate and have the chance to explore renowned universities, historical landmarks, and top tourist attractions. The first destination is Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUT), where UEF students will be warmly welcomed to visit and experience.
With 7 days in Taiwan, UEFers will have the opportunity to study with international lecturers and friends, visit various places such as Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Huashan 1914 Creative Park, Taipei 101, Ximending Night Market, Formosa Plastics Group Museum, Campus Tour at Chang Gung University, Gloria Outlet, TSMC company in Hsinchu, Nanliao Fishing Harbor and have a bike around the Nanliao coastline, Campus Tour at Providence University and Aletheia University, visit the Rainbow Village and Taichung National Theater, explore Yangmingshan Mountain and Shilin Night Market, and enjoy a picnic in the Tamsui area.
Through this trip, UEF students will have the opportunity to exchange and enhance their English communication skills with officers, lecturers, and students from partner universities. Besides, they can also participate in exchange activities with universities in the region and famous Taiwanese businesses, learn about the local culture, language, and history, and visit scenic destinations in Taipei and Taichung. Additionally, they will receive a certificate of completion from Ming Chi University of Technology.
