Last December 2 marked a new milestone for UEF with the meeting between our university officials and Centria University of Applied Sciences (Centria) representatives.
As Finland is a well-known country for its progressive education policies, UEF always seeks to establish more partnership in this country so as to provide our students with more international education programs.
Discussion on corporation strategy between two universities
In the meeting, UEF Vice President Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc, his Centria counterpart, Mrs. Hannele Teir and both institutions’ executives had a discussion towards study conditions and corporation standards of both institutions.

Regarding the corporation, besides double degrees program, both sides planned to carry out short-term internships, student exchanges, and credits transfer. Additionally, alongside with the transcripts, exchange students will also receive certificates corresponding to the subject they attend.

There will also be seminars for UEFers to know in details about study program and the requirements before applying to study in Finland.
After a campus tour to thoroughly evaluate UEF facilities and learning environment, Mrs. Hannele Teir addressed UEF as a promising destination for Centria to launch their upcoming articulation programs.
