With the aim of strengthening the connection between theory and practice, as well as equipping students with up-to-date knowledge from industry, during Semester 2A of the 2025-2026 academic year, the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) organized a series of thematic seminars featuring insights from industry experts and business leaders. The practical knowledge shared throughout the series enabled students to effectively apply what they have learned in their coursework.
The series commenced with the seminar titled “Strategic Management - Opportunities and Challenges for Businesses in the Current Context”, presented by Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh, Director of Southern Customer Relations at Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT). The speaker analyzed real-world strategic management practices through the “BizCar” model with five core dimensions, helping students understand strategy as an integrated operational system and thereby develop stronger analytical thinking and clearer career orientation.

In the seminar on digital transformation in enterprises, Mr. Bui Cao Hoc, Founder and CEO of CloudGO and Vice President of VSBC and VPBC, provided a comprehensive overview of digital transformation trends in Vietnam. The session focused on key concepts, roles, benefits, as well as the challenges businesses currently face, while emphasizing the critical role of artificial intelligence (AI) in today’s digital transformation process.

From a human resource management perspective, the seminar “Well-being - The Key to Talent Retention”, presented by Ms. Tran Phuong Nga, Senior HR Consultant at Success Partner Consulting Company, helped students better understand the importance of mental well-being in the workplace and its strong connection to employee retention within organizations.

The seminar series also featured the topic “Motivation 4.0: Sustaining Engagement and Driving Performance in the Digital Era”, with contributions from multiple speakers.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, General Director of Golden Land Company, analyzed practical issues in human resource management and proposed effective motivational strategies based on three core factors: meaningful work, personal development, and autonomy.

Additionally, Mr. Tran Thanh Huy, Vice Director of the UEF Center for Corporate Relations, shared insights into emerging motivational trends in the 4.0 era, including data-driven personalization, gamification in the workplace, and work-life balance. Meanwhile, Mr. Le Ngoc Hai, CEO of Education Tour Joint Stock Company, contributed an academic perspective by introducing prominent motivation theories such as Maslow, McClelland, and Herzberg, along with practical applications currently adopted by businesses.

The series concluded with the seminar “The Art of Inspirational Leadership in the Digital Era and for Generation Z”, delivered by Ms. Do Kim Phuong, Founder of Edu Viet. The session focused on the characteristics of Generation Z, challenges in management, and essential skills required to become an inspirational leader in the context of digital transformation.
