This morning, May 28, along with 340 other connection points across the country, UEF participated in the training conference for inspecting the 2026 High School Graduation Exam, organized by the National Steering Committee, Ministry of Education and Training. This is an important annual activity to ensure that every member participating in supporting the national exam fully grasps the regulations and is mentally prepared to carry out their duties responsibly and professionally.
Attending the training session were representatives of the Board of Management, leaders of Offices and Departments, along with all staff and lecturers mobilized to participate in inspection work at the exam councils this year.

The training conference for inspecting the 2026 High School Graduation Exam was held in both in-person and online formats.
Giving directional remarks at the training session, Prof. Dr. Huynh Van Chuong - Director of the Quality Management Department, Ministry of Education and Training, emphasized that the training conference was held with the primary goal of listening to the exchanges and discussions of teachers participating in graduation exam inspection work from various units and universities; thoroughly grasping the MOET's regulations and guidelines regarding exam rules; providing guidance on inspection operations; relevant regulations, and forms used for exam inspection work. At the same time, participating teachers also drew experiences on some issues in exam inspection work; standardizing the content, methods, and inspection operations to serve the organization of the exam in their assigned areas.
Directly sharing the training information was Dr. Le My Phong - Deputy Director of the Quality Management Department, Ministry of Education and Training. The key contents disseminated at the training session included: Characteristics of the 2026 High School Graduation Exam, important milestones, and exam inspection tasks covering categories such as exam organization inspection, exam preparation inspection, proctoring inspection, grading inspection, re-evaluation, and graduation recognition review inspection. Each teacher was also provided with a handbook on high school graduation exam inspection operations to firmly grasp the necessary information.

The reporter also emphasized that this year, exam sites are paying special attention to security and safety - tightening measures to prevent high-tech cheating, especially sophisticated devices and AI technology.
According to the plan, the 2026 High School Graduation Exam will take place from June 10 to June 12. With thorough preparation in both personnel and expertise, the team of UEF staff and lecturers is ready to set out, accompanying the candidates to materialize a safe, strict, and brilliantly successful exam season.
