UEFers complete the international semester in Korea, enriching numerous knowledge and good practices

MARCH - UEF provided opportunities for 14 UEFers from various different majors to participate in the international semester at Tongmyong University, South Korea. By participating in the academic environment and experience in South Korea, students completed their student mobility program and awarded valuable certificate.

The international semester in South Korea with numerous value experience for students

Upon the international semester, UEFers gained professional knowledge and visited, experiencing many interesting activities. Students visited highlight attractions including Garncheon Culture Village, Busan city, Busan port, Korea New Network, Taekwondo experience, and so on.
During their last lesson, UEFers presented their reports after research periods and practical experience. The certificate awarded is a testament to the bold thinking, proactive spirit, and confidence of UEFers on their journey toward global integration.

After completing the program, Tran Mach Trien Tuong – a student majoring in International Business – shared: “I explored the international semester in Korea and found it very interesting. Through the program, my friends and I gained a lot of valuable knowledge and skills, and the professors at the university were very dedicated in guiding us. The environment at Tongmyong University is dynamic, and together with the scenery and climate, it provides an excellent experience for students.”

UEFers are awarded certificates after completing their international semester

Vo Trong Khai and Dinh Hieu Binh from the International Institute also emphasized the valuable hands-on experiences they gained in the Land of Kimchi, along with the opportunity to improve their language proficiency, as they primarily communicated in English. The open and positive environment also helped them become more confident.

Participating in the program offers academic benefits, fosters international integration, and helps expand the global network of UEFers. The official selection results will be announced soon. With a spirit of connection and cultural promotion, UEF’s volunteers are expected to contribute to a meaningful and successful Plus 3 season.
