FEBRUARY 23 - Following the training session for brand simulation, two Professors from University of Gloucestershire (UK) continue to accompany UEFers in "Loyalty Communication" class. Lessons on building customers' belief in businesses and marketing aspects were provided here.
At the initial stages of the lesson, Mr. Matt Barr – Head of Business Administration and Marketing and Dr. Ruffin Relja – Senior Lecturer in Marketing reviewed students’ understanding of sales and marketing, and distinguished the difference among these two concepts.

Accordingly, the lesson emphasized the importance of perspectives, B2B, B2C, etc. in the process of establishing customer belief. To identify these factors, it is crucial for students to collect data from market research; make predictions based on data acquisition, sales, and CRM to track, and penetrate into new markets.
Surveys, interviews, feedback, observation, CRM, and other approaches for researching consumer satisfaction were discussed.

Additionally, when raising the question of “factors that would make you devoted to a brand”, two lecturers received positive responses from UEFers. Opinions were given about product quality, perks, services, incentives, gifts, customer service, and so forth.
Besides that, students also got a better grasp of customer analysis, market segmentation as well as methods and tactics for fostering long-term client loyalty.
This  activity belongs to curriculum programs of UEF international bachelor’s students. The practical sharing from UoG professors has equipped UEFers with practical business and marketing skills. The face-to-face learning model with professors from partner universities also affirms UEF's efforts in internationalizing education.
