Established in 2017, the Faculty of Economics has the mission of training high-quality human resources in the economic sector to meet the needs of society and global integration. The Faculty of Economics includes 5 training majors: International Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Real Estate, International Economics, and Digital Economics. With the vision of becoming the leading Faculty of UEF, a cradle for training successful global citizens ready to contribute to society, the Faculty of Economics continuously improves its training programs and educational quality assurance; builds a team of highly qualified and experienced lecturers; promotes scientific research activities, regularly organizes academic competitions; enhances experiential learning activities for students through field trips; and builds and develops a network of business connections to increase employment opportunities for students.

4. Training Objectives:
In fulfilling the University's training mission, the Faculty of Economics always focuses on training that combines knowledge and skills, professional expertise, and foreign language proficiency; ensuring that graduates can easily adapt to a modern, professional work environment, not only meeting the requirements of the domestic labor market but also enabling them to move freely within the region.
5. Faculty:
The Faculty of Economics' faculty consists of leading lecturers who have studied and worked in countries such as the UK, USA, France, Taiwan, etc., and are dedicated, highly skilled, and possess extensive practical experience. In addition to the full-time faculty, the Faculty of Economics also has lecturers currently holding leadership and management positions in businesses, who teach several important subjects to provide students with diverse and practical knowledge.

6. Clubs and Student Unions:
The Faculty of Economics currently advises four academic clubs and student unions, including:

7. Educational Quality Assurance:
During the training process, the Faculty of Economics continuously reviews, improves, and refines the training programs of its affiliated majors. Ensuring educational quality is considered one of its top priorities to better serve students, equipping them with up-to-date knowledge and practical professional skills to meet the expectations of the labor market. Accordingly, the International Business program of the Faculty of Economics has been recognized as meeting educational quality standards as stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) in Circular 04/2016/TT-BGDĐT, with 11 standards and 50 criteria.

8. Student scientific research
The Faculty of Economics regularly organizes scientific research activities, conducts evaluations, and selects high-quality research topics to participate in the University-level Scientific Research Award, the Ministry-level Science and Technology Award for students, the Euréka Award, etc. Many students from the Faculty of Economics have won high awards in ministerial-level student scientific research competitions and the Euréka Award.
9. Academic Competitions:
Emphasizing experiential learning activities, the Faculty of Economics regularly organizes academic competitions each year to discover and nurture talented students, such as the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, the Logistics Talents Competition, the International Business Competition, the Real Estate Business Challenge, and various cultural and sports activities. At the Faculty of Economics, students have the opportunity to develop themselves in a personalized way by participating in clubs and student organizations such as: the Youth Union - Student Association of the Faculty of Economics, the International Business Club (IBC), the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Club (LSC), the Business Ideas Club (BIHub), and the Sustainable Real Estate Development Club (SPD).
10. Field Trips & Practical Experiences
In addition, students of the Faculty of Economics have the opportunity to learn and work through field trips to the Ajinomoto factory, Yakult Vietnam Company, Cat Lai Port, Long Binh ICD, Tan Cang Song Than ICD, Transimex ICD, learning about the storage and preservation of goods at the cold storage facility of Lineage Logistics Company, visiting Vinhomes Grand Park, etc.
Aiming to increase job opportunities for students even while they are still in school, the Faculty of Economics maintains the building and development of a network connecting with businesses through student internship recruitment activities, regularly inviting representatives from businesses in leadership positions, Heads/Deputy Heads of Departments to share with students knowledge about professional skills, industry trends, and experience in impressing recruiters, etc. The Faculty of Economics builds good cooperative relationships with reputable businesses such as Tan Cang Human Resources Development Company Limited – STC, and Joint Stock Company.
