Connection, Appreciation, and the Spread of Partnership Values on the Verge of the Year of Snake

 

The gala dinner was attended by UEF’s leadership faculty members and representatives from numerous partner enterprises.

Held in an elegant setting at the Amor Resort Convention & Banquet Center, the gala brought together representatives from many partner enterprises alongside university leaders and lecturers. Vibrant opening performances created a lively, warm, and meaningful atmosphere for the evening.  

As an annual program, the gala serves to look back on a year of collaboration between partners and UEF, while providing a platform for the university to introduce new development directions—especially in connecting businesses with students through value-adding extracurricular activities and intensive skills-training programs. 

A key highlight of the program was the launch of the FOE Mentoring portal, a platform that connects enterprise mentors with UEF students. This marks a significant step forward in supporting students’ comprehensive development in personal skills, professional competencies, and international integration. The gala also introduced the FOE Training Series, a skill-building sequence designed to prepare students for real-world work environments. Together, these initiatives reaffirm the commitment of UEF—and the Faculty of Economics in particular—to building sustainable, school–enterprise relationships that generate long-term benefits for both sides. 

Earlier the same day, the Faculty of Economics collaborated with business partners on a charity program at Long Hoa Pagoda (District 7), presenting Tet gifts and support to children in difficult circumstances—an action that spread the spirit of mutual care and contributed to a warmer spring for the community. 

To express heartfelt thanks, the Faculty leadership presented gifts and certificates of appreciation to enterprises participating in the charity effort. The evening concluded with a ceremonial toast and meaningful remarks from representatives of both the university and partner businesses. 

Letters of thanks and gifts were presented to the organizations involved in the charity work at Long Hoa Pagoda.

The Business Leaders’ Gala Dinner 2025 underscored the strong spirit of connection and close cooperation between UEF and its partner enterprises. Beyond appreciation, the program opened up new cooperation opportunities, helping to enhance the quality of training and delivering practical value to UEF students. It reaffirmed UEF’s dedication to linking theory with practice, expanding graduates’ career pathways, and equipping students with the confidence to advance on their professional journeys.

The program has once again affirmed UEF's efforts in connecting with businesses, thereby expanding career opportunities for students, creating a modern educational environment that connects theory and practice, and helping them to excel in their careers.
