UEF summarizes training series on AI, creating a driving force for digital transformation

On the morning of November 4, the UEF Faculty of Economics held a  summary of the training series "Improving  knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) and its application for small and medium-sized enterprises", marking a meaningful journey in connecting knowledge and technology with the practical needs of businesses. The training series not only equips in-depth knowledge of AI but also brings practical solutions, helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) access advanced technology and improve competitiveness in the context of digital transformation.

In previous training sessions, business representatives were provided with general knowledge about artificial intelligence - a technology that is highly applicable in many different fields, from manufacturing and marketing to data management and customer service. In particular, at the conclusion, Dr. Ngo Minh Vu has focused on machine learning - a branch of AI that helps computers learn from data on their own and gradually improve their prediction and decision-making abilities. This is considered the most practical tool for businesses in analyzing customer data, forecasting market demand, and optimizing processes. It is known that machine learning can help SMEs process large volumes of data efficiently, thereby identifying potential patterns and trends.  helping businesses make smart and timely decisions. Here, attendees learned how to apply machine learning to improve business processes, from product management to marketing and customer care.

Next, the speaker introduced attendees to how machine learning helps businesses optimize workflows, analyze customer behavior, and predict market trends.
