FBA Lecturers Explore Emerging AI Concepts In Business Administration

With the rapid advancement and transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI), various sectors are increasingly leveraging this technology to enhance productivity and performance. To equip lecturers and students with practical insights into the application of AI in business administration and internationalization, on the evening of April 19, the Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) organized an online workshop titled “AI Applications in Business Administration.”
The workshop featured Mr. Vaibhav Tyagi – Founder at Capx AI and Co-Founder of Stickman Services. Representing the Faculty of Business Administration were Dr. Huynh Nhut Nghia, MSc. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy Tien, and MSc. Tran Hoang Nam – Vice Deans of the Faculty – along with lecturers and students in attendance.

The workshop was conducted online with insights from an international speaker
Focusing on AI-related topics, Mr. Vaibhav Tyagi provided a comprehensive overview of artificial intelligence, including distinctions between Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL). Participants were also introduced to Large Language Models (LLMs), their architecture, and training processes.
In addition, lecturers and students explored advanced concepts such as Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), highlighting its importance in ensuring that AI applications are aligned with ethical standards and practical business needs.
The workshop further examined the impact of AI on marketing automation, customer segmentation, and personalized experiences, alongside discussions on the growing influence of ChatGPT in modern business practices.

Through the speaker’s insights, participants gained valuable and up-to-date knowledge on AI applications. The workshop once again demonstrated the Faculty of Business Administration’s strong commitment to equipping its academic community with relevant knowledge and skills aligned with emerging economic and technological trends.
