The evaluation council consisted of five members: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Quang Hung – Chair; Dr. Ly Dan Thanh – Reviewer 1; Dr. Nguyen Tien Thanh – Reviewer 2; MSc. Tang My Ha – Member; and MSc. Truong Thi Dung – Member and Secretary.
According to the researcher, the study was inspired by statistics indicating a rising employee turnover rate in the education sector since Q1 2021, accounting for 20% across surveyed industries (Anphabe Report).
