Following a series of exciting competitions such as Aerobics, Tug of War, and Football, the UEF Olympics 2026 continued to heat up with the appearance of the 3x3 basketball event on the evening of March 25. The Faculty of Information Technology made a strong impression with a dominant 21-1 win against the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, showcasing superiority in technique and teamwork.

The matchup between the Faculty of Marketing and the Faculty of English saw continuous score-chasing, concluding with a 7-7 draw. This match clearly reflected the balance in expertise as well as the resilient competitive spirit of both sides. In the remaining match, the International Institute secured a 5-0 victory over the Faculty of Business Administration, effectively capitalizing on opportunities to gain an early advantage.

Entering Round 2, the group stage situation became clearer. The Faculty of Information Technology maintained their form with a 10-5 win over the Faculty of Economics. The Faculty of Law, in particular, made an impressive comeback by defeating the Faculty of Finance and Accounting 10-0, demonstrating effective tactical adjustments after their opening match.

In the men's 3x3 category, matches also took place at high intensity with many beautiful plays. Right in Round 1, the Faculty of Economics earned a convincing 10-8 victory over the Faculty of Finance and Accounting in a tug-of-war match lasting until the final points.

The Faculty of Business Administration showed stable form by defeating the Faculty of Information Technology 6-1, and the Faculty of Marketing overcame the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management with a score of 17-6 thanks to effective finishing capabilities. The Faculty of Law also left a strong mark with a 9-1 win against the International Institute, showing solidity in defense and sharpness in attack.

In Round 2, teams continued to accelerate to compete for positions. The Faculty of Finance and Accounting had an impressive comeback victory, winning 13-7 against the Faculty of Information Technology. The Faculty of Economics maintained high performance by surpassing the Faculty of Public Relations and Communication with a score of 11-5, thereby emerging as one of the most consistently performing teams.
