UEF’s Early Scholarships Attract Gen Z at Can Tho’s 2026 Admissions Festival

The consulting team, consisting of lecturers and admissions staff, was always on duty, ready to help candidates address issues related to majors, admission methods, entry requirements, as well as study pathways. Students received specific guidance tailored to their individual cases, from selecting the appropriate subject combinations for admission to career orientation based on their capabilities and interests.
Furthermore, the consulting team provided the latest information regarding the 2026 admissions cycle. At UEF's booth, numerous students actively initiated detailed discussions with the consulting team about scholarship requirements, scholarship values, and their suitability for desired majors. Right after receiving specific answers, many completed their registration on the spot, demonstrating decisiveness and a readiness to seize opportunities.

Sharing at the festival, Nguyen Doan Ha Tho - a 12A2 student (Nguyen Binh Khiem Middle & High School, Can Tho) said: "I chose to apply for UEF's early scholarship because I realized it brings many benefits to me, both financially and psychologically, before the upcoming important exam."
Sharing a similar perspective and feeling, Vi Su Tam Nhu - a 12A1 student (Vinh Phong High School, An Giang) also expressed: "Coming to UEF's booth, I was counseled very enthusiastically by the teachers, especially regarding the training programs and the school's early scholarship policy. After listening to the advice, and feeling that I am suitable for the school's service major group, I decided to apply for the early scholarship immediately to expand my chances of getting into university."
From these practical sharings, it can be seen that early scholarships are becoming a crucial "fulcrum," helping candidates alleviate financial pressure while creating a steady psychological state as they enter the admissions phase. More importantly, proactive early registration also helps students more clearly define their academic pathways, demonstrating serious preparation for the transition into a university environment.
After receiving counseling, the students decided to apply for scholarships immediately to increase their chances of university admission.
It is known that UEF's early scholarship program is accepting applications until May 31, with admission criteria based on the academic results of the first semester of 12th grade. Candidates with a total average score of 20 points or higher for three subjects in their admission combination can apply for scholarships with support levels ranging from 25% to 100%.
