UEFers Grasp the Secrets of Applying AI in Building Digital CVs and Developing Career Profiles

To support Youth Union - Student Association officials and students in catching up with new recruitment trends, the UEF Youth Union - Student Association organized a training session themed "Building Digital CVs and Applying AI in Career Profile Development" on March 25. By accessing technological solutions, learners were equipped with practical tools to confidently impress employers.

At the training session, speaker Huynh Vu Tuan Tu shared the benefits of creating a digital CV compared to traditional profile formats. A professional digital CV must ensure accurate data, practical evidence, and the application of technology to customize the profile for each specific job position.
Using quantitative data helps candidates highlight their personal capabilities in the most objective way. The speaker also provided guidance on how to choose the right type of CV based on the characteristics of each business, ensuring that the profile is always compatible with the automated filtering systems used by modern recruiters.
The content that attracted the greatest interest from students was the application of AI in building profiles. Current AI tools provide significant support in searching for market information, suggesting scientific ways to arrange CV content, and finding contact information for HR departments.
The speaker emphasized that candidates should proactively approach employers instead of passively waiting for a response. Using AI to analyze job descriptions helps students adjust their keywords and skills to align perfectly with industry requirements. Additionally, the speaker pointed out the specific "do's and don'ts" for CVs depending on the field, helping students avoid mistakes that could cost them points with employers.
