In the context of continuous transformation in higher education, doctoral training has emerged as a domain requiring a high degree of standardization, systematic organization, and long-term strategic vision. New expectations regarding international publications, interdisciplinary research methodologies, and the application of technology in academic management present significant challenges while simultaneously creating opportunities for higher education institutions to enhance the quality of postgraduate education.

With this perspective, UEF organized the workshop titled “Sharing Best Practices in Doctoral Training”, bringing together distinguished experts and scholars to discuss, exchange insights, and update current training trends with the aim of improving the quality of doctoral education at the University.

The workshop gathered professors, associate professors, and doctoral scholars from various universities.

During the program, invited speakers discussed advanced doctoral training models, experiences in developing learning outcomes, research orientation, and strategies to enhance the supervisory capacity of doctoral advisors. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of scholarly publication, the interdisciplinary nature of contemporary research, and the application of technological tools to support academic management and improve the research productivity of doctoral candidates. The diverse perspectives shared by experts provided a clearer view of the evolving direction of doctoral education at UEF in the context of global academic integration.
