With a pioneering role in the field of social housing and the aspiration to open a way to settle down for millions of low-income people, on the morning of November 17, Hoang Quan Group held a talk show "Owning social housing from dreams to reality".

At the talk show "Owning social housing from dreams to reality", experts and delegates discussed the "bottlenecks" that are hindering the development of social housing projects. The comments focused on removing difficulties from legal procedures, preferential policies to flexible financial solutions to help people easily access housing. As one of the guests of the program, MSc. Tran Hoang Nam emphasized the important role of the 1 million social housing project in removing long-standing obstacles related to the purchase and rental of social housing. According to him, the recently issued legal documents not only complete the legal framework but also create a solid foundation to promote access to housing for people.
