UEF signed an MOU with Hoang Quan Group: Expanding development opportunities for Real Estate students

With a pioneering role in the field of social housing and the aspiration to open a way to settle down for millions of low-income people, on the morning of November 17, Hoang Quan Group held a talk show "Owning social housing from dreams to reality".
Also within the framework of this program, Hoang Quan Group and UEF have officially signed an MOU. This is considered an important step, marking the companionship between the University and one of the leading corporations in Vietnam in the fields of real estate, education and finance.

Attending the program were Dr. Nhan Cam Tri - Vice Rector, MSc. Nguyen Thi Kim Loan - Deputy Director of the Center for Business Cooperation, MSc. Do Thi Thu Ha - Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management and MSc. Tran Hoang Nam - Head of Real Estate.
At the talk show "Owning social housing from dreams to reality", experts and delegates discussed the "bottlenecks" that are hindering the development of social housing projects.  The comments focused on removing difficulties from legal procedures, preferential policies to flexible financial solutions to help people easily access housing.  As one of the guests of the program, MSc. Tran Hoang Nam emphasized the important role of the 1 million social housing project in removing long-standing obstacles related to the purchase and rental of social housing. According to him, the recently issued legal documents not only complete the legal framework but also create a solid foundation to promote access to housing for people. Policy improvements, combined with the project's long-term vision, are gradually making the dream of owning a home for millions of people a reality, making an important contribution to social security and urban sustainable development.

The process of practical learning experience, from participating in research on social housing development models to applying innovative solutions in the field of real estate, will help students equip themselves with extensive knowledge and professional working skills.  It is believed that, with a long-term vision and sustainable companionship, the signing of this MOU will create practical values, including improving the quality of training to activities connecting theory with reality. It can be said that the cooperation with Hoang Quan Land once again affirms UEF's business engagement training model, continuing to expand internship channels and jobs in accordance with the specialty for UEFers.
