Following the opening session on November 1, the training series “Enhancing AI Knowledge and Applications for Small and Medium Enterprises” continued on November 2 and 3 at the University of Economics and Finance (UEF). The program featured a range of insightful topics delivered by seasoned experts and received enthusiastic participation from representatives of local businesses.

The sessions were led by prominent speakers, including Dr. Ngô Minh Vũ, Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Banking, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Hữu Huân, Head of the Financial Markets Department, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City; and Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Phát, Director of the Institute of Digital Platform Vietnam (IDM) and CEO of RedPola Digital Platform Institute (Canada). The program was also supported by UEF’s Faculty of Economics lecturers and leaders.
The following session, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyễn Hữu Huân, explored how AI can be applied in corporate management. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, he guided participants on leveraging AI for customer personalization and experience enhancement, highlighting how these technologies help businesses better understand and connect with their customers.
The third day featured two highly practical sessions — “AI Applications in Marketing and Sales” and “AI in Customer Service and Support” — both delivered by Mr. Nguyễn Hữu Phát. Drawing from his extensive experience in implementing AI solutions across business functions, he offered practical insights and introduced several popular, easy-to-use AI tools. Participants were also guided on how to use AI to create digital content — from text to images and videos — to enhance branding and marketing campaigns.
