Event managers must grasp the core process of event organization, including: researching the client's brand; identifying the target audience and their needs; developing creative event ideas; budgeting and allocating resources; coordinating technical and logistical aspects; arranging event elements; executing the event according to plan; evaluating the quality and effectiveness of the event; reporting results and feedback; and completing payment procedures with relevant parties. According to the latest report from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in 2022, Vietnam had a total of 9,200 festivals and events, averaging 25 festivals and events per day. This is a significant increase compared to 2021, when there were only 7,500 festivals and events, averaging 20 festivals and events per day. This growth shows that the Event Management industry is developing strongly and offers many job opportunities for students.
