UEF Law Youth Union Officers Continue to Elevate Foreign Affairs Skills in the Second Training Session
Continuously equipping essential soft skills for the team of Youth Union and Student Union officers in the context of globalization, on the morning of June 19, the Youth Union – Student Union of the UEF Faculty of Law held the second session in a series of specialized training with the theme: “Diplomatic Skills Training – Foreign Affairs Skills: A Key for All Professions.”
Developing Essential Communication Skills and Personal Branding
The training session was accompanied by speaker Tran Linh Chi – former Head of Business Development at Dentons LuatViet and former professional at Deloitte.
Throughout the program, Tran Linh Chi shared deep and practical insights on the role of foreign affairs skills in the era of integration, especially within academic and professional environments. During the session, the speaker focused on analyzing cross-cultural communication scenarios, building a professional personal image, and developing presentation, negotiation, and flexible interpersonal skills in international contexts or when engaging with foreign partners.
Creating an Inspiring Dialogue and Expanding Global Mindsets
UEF students were introduced to methods of positive thinking in problem solving, enhancing reflexes and adaptability, and gaining a clearer understanding of the importance of diplomacy in various fields, from law, economics, and media to international business.
In addition to expert insights, the training served as an open dialogue space where students had the opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas, and receive real-world advice from the speaker. Many young participants boldly shared concerns about handling conflicts in communication, establishing a personal brand on social media, and planning the development of soft skills alongside professional knowledge.
Empowering UEF Students for Professional and Global Future
UEFers confidently engaged in discussions, absorbed practical knowledge, and practiced communication skills.
With an engaging, inspirational, and practical speaking approach, Linh Chi provided UEF students with valuable knowledge and motivation, encouraging them to continue honing themselves and confidently step into professional environments both domestically and internationally.
The training session concluded in an enthusiastic and dynamic atmosphere. Through this program, the students of the UEF Faculty of Law continued to build a strong foundation for upcoming academic endeavors and on the journey to becoming global citizens in the future.
