UEF's Journal of Development and Integration will achieve Vietnamese scientific standards in 2026.

Recently, UEF continued to make significant progress in scientific research activities with the good news that its Journal of Development and Integration has been officially recognized as a Vietnamese scientific journal in 2026 and is included in the list of scientific journals according to Decision No. 2244/QD-BKHCN dated April 28, 2026, of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

This is an important recognition of UEF's persistent efforts in building a professional academic environment, promoting scientific research, disseminating knowledge, and connecting the community of experts and scientists both domestically and internationally.

The Journal of Development and Integration, formerly known as the Newsletter of Development and Integration, has gradually established itself as a prestigious academic forum in the fields of economics, finance, management, business, education, and development issues in the context of international integration.

With a focus on improving academic quality, the journal always emphasizes a rigorous and transparent editorial and peer review process; while expanding its network of contributors to include experts, lecturers, and researchers from numerous universities, research institutes, and organizations both domestically and internationally. The published works not only possess theoretical value but also have high practical applicability, contributing to the resolution of current socio-economic issues.

The journal has been highly regarded by readers for its scientific content and innovative ideas on economic, social, educational, and current affairs issues that are attracting public attention. After receiving a publishing license from the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Science and Technology granted the Journal of Development and Integration the International Standard Serial Number (ISSN): 1859-428X; on June 13, 2023, the Ministry of Science and Technology granted the e-ISSN: 2815-6234. Thus, articles published in this journal will be considered scientific works according to regulations for relevant state agencies.

The State Council for Professor Titles in Economics has also decided to recognize 0.75 points for scientific articles published in journals, according to Decision No. 25/QD-HDGSNN issued on July 5, 2024.

The recognition of meeting Vietnamese scientific standards in 2026 further motivates the Journal of Development and Integration to improve its quality, enhance its academic prestige, and move towards modern publishing standards and international integration. This also serves as an important foundation for UEF lecturers, researchers, postgraduate students, and undergraduates to have an additional channel for publishing quality research results, thereby promoting a research culture throughout the university.

UEF's Journal of Development and Integration is officially included in the list of journals meeting Vietnamese scientific standards 2026.

This result also demonstrates UEF's sound investment strategy in the fields of science and technology, innovation, and knowledge development. In the future, the University will continue to collaborate with the Journal of Development and Integration to expand its academic influence and contribute more to the research community and the development of Vietnamese science.
