On 5 June, the signing ceremony between the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) and National University System (NUS) was held on UEF campus. This continues to show UEF’s activeness in promoting international exchange activities for students, such as the recent Plus 3 academic and cultural exchange program with the University of Pittsburgh (USA), BangKok University (Thailand), MARA University of Technology (Malaysia).

The ceremony had the attendance of the leaders of NUS - Mr. Randy Frisch, President of City University of Seattle, Mr. Hiep Quach, Board Trustee of NUS, Mr. Denny Dang, Senior Consultant of City University of Seattle; Mr. Tran Huu Chinh - Chairman of EBI. UEF was represented by Dr. Bui Xuan Lam, Vice Chairman of Board of Trustees, Mr. Warren Eng, CEO, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Giang, President, and Mr. Ngo Cao Cuong, Vice President of UEF.
Within the framework of the program, UEF has also signed partnership with City University of Seattle, an affiliate of NUS. The two sides will promote a dual degrees program for UEF students in business related majors.
Aiming for a comprehensive cooperation in all areas, NUS and UEF have had a good beginning. With its vision of becoming a leader in the field of bilingual higher education, UEF now has another prestigious training partner in the world, enhancing the university’s position and affirming the university's quality.
