UEF leaders visit intern students and partners in Japan from May 28 to June 1

MAY 29 – The delegation of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF), led by Mr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc - Vice President, Board of Management, arrived at Narita International Airport in Chiba prefecture (Japan) to visit students currently practicing at the hotels and resorts, which are partners of UEF in Japan.

Welcoming UEF delegation were the leaders of those large hotels and resorts in Japan, including the hotel proprietor of Kankoso Hotel and the resort operator of Iteon Oze Oigami Sanrakuso Resort in Gunma.
Kankozo Hotel is where Le Nguyen Minh Anh and  Tran Thi Hai Ngan, the two Japanese Language students from the Faculty of Languages and International Cultures, work. Mr. Uzu Kazuki – Kankozo Hotel CEO, commented: "UEF students are very active, proficient in Japanese language and provide big support for current internship tasks. It is an honor for the hotel to accept these two internship trainees."
After visiting Kankozo Hotel, the faculty members moved to Iteon Oze Oigami Sanrakuso Resort to pay their visit to the internship students there. Nguyen Quang Dat and Nguyen Thanh Lap, who are also majoring in Japanese Language, have been participating in internships for nearly two months.

 

  

UEF’s lecturers visited and gifted CEO of Kankozo Hotel 


Welcoming the delegation is the CEO of Iteon Oze Oigami Sanrakuso Resort, Mr. Yoshido Mitshuhashi.  He expressed: "Currently, the interns here are quite suitable for the work tasks. They use Japanese very well and are hardworking. We look forward to continuing our partnership with them in the future."

Iteon Oze Oigami Sanrakuso is a hotel-resort system owned by Itoen Corporation (Japan). The corporation owns 49 leading hotels and resorts currently operating in Japan with a good reputation.

UEF currently has 29 apprentices in Japan in hotel and resort-related fields. The visit to students will last until June 1, 2023.
