FEBRUARY 13 - In the era of global integration, expanding international cooperation has become a key strategy for universities to enhance education quality and provide students with comprehensive development opportunities. With a strong commitment to internationalization, UEF continuously fosters connections with global educational organizations, establishing highly practical collaboration programs. UEF reaffirmed this strategy by holding a working session and signing an MOU with Green Shoots Foundation—an international organization dedicated to education, healthcare, and community development.

The signing ceremony featured representatives from both institutions. On behalf of UEF, attendees included Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc – Vice President, Prof. Dr. Eric Jose Olmedo Panal - Director of the International Institute, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Luan – Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology and International Projects. Representing Green Shoots Foundation was Ms. Muneezay Jaffery, the organization's Operations Manager.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Do Huu Nguyen Loc emphasized the importance of international partnerships in creating a modern and dynamic learning environment. He also provided an overview of UEF’s development journey, from an internationally oriented university to its remarkable advancements in global cooperation, bringing valuable academic opportunities and real-world experiences to students.
Following this, Ms. Muneezay Jaffery shared insights into Green Shoots Foundation’s mission to support sustainable education and community development projects. Her presentation provided attendees with a deeper understanding of the organization’s strong humanitarian values and long-term goals.
The ceremony concluded with UEF taking another step forward in its internationalization journey.
