UEF welcomes students of Bilingual Canadian International School (BCIS) to join internship orientation

FEBRUARY 15 - UEF organized an internship orientation program to students of Bilingual Canadian International School (BCIS), with the expectation of exposing them to reality and providing access to international university space.
From February 15 to February 18, the program will take place with various beneficial academic and hands-on activities to enhance the student life at UEF. The event featured Mr. Do Quoc Anh – Vice Chairman, Board of Directors and representatives of the UEF International Institute.
Mr. Do Quoc Anh gave an overview about UEF. “UEF is an international university. Most subjects are taught in English from the second year. UEF’s curriculum program is recognized by 15 institutions throughout the world with more than 30 majors and in the process of developing and expanding with modern facilities, academic and non-academic activities.

Specialists in the International Institute UEF shared contents and rules around internship time. As known, within the next 3 days, students would be immersed to international student life. Having a chance to learn and study together mainly in the communication field through faculty members and experience lecturers at UEF.
BCIS students’ internship activities include introducing essential soft skills, conducting fanpage-building, designing product communication, and reporting intern as well as meeting and exchanging with lecturers of UEF.

Following the welcome ceremony, students were guided through UEF’s campus, including practical areas, gym, classrooms, self-study areas, etc. Advanced material facilities, lecturers’ enthusiasm and friendliness offered a comfortable feeling for students in the first day.
This afternoon, as planned, students will learn about the procedure, practice necessary skills of a media person as well as receive further profession’s advices.

As of 2021, UEF signed MOU with BCIS, and organized numerous activities, exchanged relations events, and internships for students from the two parties.

BCIS students’ internship at UEF validates the two parties' long-term collaboration partnership. UEF voices our hope that students will have wonderful times, acknowledge various useful experiences, and develop a definite orientation for their own futures through UEFers warm welcome and guidance.
