08/24/2023

Student exchanges are typical international learning programs regularly organized by UEF to facilitate students' access to advanced education systems worldwide. In addition to technical and professional knowledge, students can develop their foreign language skills, cultural understanding, and effective study methods.

Understanding these benefits and learners’ demands, UEF will send six more students to participate in the international exchange program in Japan and Korea this coming September. Accordingly, on August 23, these students attended an orientation session with their lecturers.

UEF has been running student exchange programs since the academic year 2017-2018, providing substantial value and enabling students to experience an international educational environment. Students who successfully complete this program will have their equivalent courses recognized, and their academic results will be converted to UEF standards.

Lecturers provide guidance to students before they officially participate in the exchange program

Additionally, students were given detailed information about flight schedules, luggage, contact information, attire, personal items, etc. when traveling to the host country. With thorough guidance from lecturers, UEFers will have a smoother experience when studying in a new environment. Drawing from the experiences gained during this trip, students will build confidence for integration and gain a competitive edge in foreign languages and expertise for their future careers.
