Digital product design and development: A bright future with many options.

On October 20th, the Marketing Department held a presentation on the subject of Digital Citizenship with the theme "Digital Product Design and Development - A Broad Future with Many Options" . The presentation aimed to broaden students' perspectives on the role of "Digital Marketers" in the age of AI, while also providing a realistic view of career opportunities in this field.

Accompanying the students during the presentation was speaker Luu Trong Nhan - Co-founder of TELOS Agency . With his direct experience in digital transformation and product development projects, he shared in-depth analyses and many practical career suggestions.

The presentation provided essential insights for marketers in the digital age. 

Beginning his presentation, Mr. Luu Trong Nhan defined a product as a solution (or 'anything') that can solve a problem. He also clearly distinguished between traditional and digital products.

After identifying the nature of the product, the speaker focused on analyzing the challenges marketers face. Mr. Trong Nhan pointed out common "upstream" barriers in marketing activities, including: professional skills, experience, departmental roles, personnel roles, and objectives.


Mr. Luu Trong Nhan provided students with the most authentic perspectives of a digital marketing professional.

Notably, he also shared insights into the field of marketing, helping students better understand the nature of the job as well as the advantages and challenges that marketers will face. In addition, the speaker particularly emphasized the importance of applying AI skills when carrying out projects, viewing it as an indispensable tool in the digital age.

The speaker also emphasized that the key to success and value for marketers in the digital age is the spirit of "daring to think, daring to try, daring to act." Mr. Nhân concluded that marketers have many opportunities in this field, with digital products being a promising direction. He encouraged students to experiment with new approaches to enhance their learning and expand their potential.

The students listened attentively and actively exchanged information with the speaker. 

The seminar provided crucial practical knowledge, helping students grasp the opportunities and challenges in the field of digital marketing, while equipping them with the necessary mindset to become modern marketers. Through this, students not only strengthened their professional knowledge but also prepared a solid foundation to enter the promising digital job market.
