What You Will Do
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Graduate Program provides a good platform for talented individuals to accelerate their potentials and jumpstart their career. The program will last 24 months. During that time they will not only be professionally and formally trained, but they will also be individually coached by senior functional managers.
In the first month, the graduate trainees will be equipped with a foundation with necessary skills and knowledge in order to be better prepared before initiation into the Castrol BP lubricants business in Vietnam. Then they will have rotational assignments in Sales, Marketing and Finance in every 3 – 6 months to understand the role and to deliver objectives given by their assigned coach. 

What You Are Good At
REQUIREMENTS
• A passion to develop career in the lubricant industry
• University bachelor degree with good GPA (from 7.0/10 or equivalent)
• Fresh graduates or final year students with less than 1 year of working experience
• Good English communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical & problem solving skills
• Demonstrate leadership through contributions to extra curricular and social activities
