1. Graphic Design Intern

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for both digital and print platforms following clients’ Corporate Visual Identity (CVI).

• Adapt key visuals into multiple assets such as digital banners, promotional layouts, and POSM materials.

• Support the design team by preparing rough sketches and print-ready layouts.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics using After Effects or Premiere is an advantage.

• Familiarity with brand guidelines and marketing materials.

• Good teamwork skills and proactive attitude.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Able to commit to a 6-month internship program.

2. Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Execute design tasks for editorial and digital projects.

• Ensure the quality of assigned work and meet project deadlines.

• Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all design materials.

• Collaborate with team members and report work progress to the Team Lead.

• Support training activities for new team members when required.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Ability to develop creative concepts to solve design challenges.

• Good communication skills in English to understand client briefs.

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

3. Graphic Designer (Magazine)

Responsibilities

• Design layout for magazines and newspapers based on provided guidelines.

• Create product instruction layouts and adapt them into multiple languages.

• Combine text, images, and advertisements to produce visually engaging layouts.

• Prepare final artwork files that meet printing specifications.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing materials design, or at least 1.5 years specializing in layout or packaging design.

• Intermediate proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Knowledge of printing techniques, color profiles, and print materials.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Good English communication skills.

4. Retoucher

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality digital imaging and photo editing services.

• Perform professional image retouching tasks such as:

  • Cut path

  • Background removal

  • Color correction

  • Image compositing

  • Resizing and formatting

• Ensure final images meet production and client requirements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in photo retouching, preferably in an agency or production environment.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus).

• Experience working with product photos including fashion, accessories, jewelry, architecture, or landscape.

• Understanding of color spaces, file formats, and prepress standards.

• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini or Midjourney is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Information

Working location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift rotation depending on project requirements:

• Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00

• Evening shift: 15:00 – 23:00

• Some positions may include remote night shifts
