➡️Reason of requisition: To participate in Investor relations and projects such as customer account management process.
➡️Gross salary: 4,000,000VND
➡️Working from: 8:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
➡️Job description:
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account/customers’ information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Answer hotline
• Research
• Other tasks assigned
Qualifications / Requirements (i.e, education, technical skills):
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Active, creative, professional and able to endure to work under pressure.
• Attention to details and well-organize
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
