1. Job Title: Internal General Accountant
Reports to: Chief Accountant
Location: 29 Nguyen Van Mai, District 3, HCMC
Company size Over 30 staff
Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Issue invoices, making payments. Ensure payments are processed according to
procedures
• Post day-to-day transactions into accounting software, compliant with the VAS
• Perform bank/cash, account receivables, account payable and intercompany
reconciliations
• Keep track the billings, sale orders and unearned revenue
• Prepare monthly/quarterly and yearly VAS reports
• Build up internal process and procedures
• Handle the budget control and internal financial report

Requirements:

• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in management position
• Accounting/ Finance/ BA Bachelor Degree
• Advance in English communication
• Strong at leadership skill
• Experience in audit, tax, finance or accounting services companies.

2. Job Title: General Accountant

• Control and manage list of Clients (8-10 Clients). Consult and support for customers relating to accounting and taxation services

3. Job Title: Junior Accountant
Reports to: Chief Accountant

Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Check and classify vouchers, enter daily accounting entries.

• Process all banking payments, perform bank/cash reconciliation

• Preparing sales contracts, sale orders and Issuing Invoices

• Assisting and performing day-to-day bookkeeping

• Prepare ad-hoc reports according to the Client's requirements

• Other ad-hoc jobs at the request of the General Accountants

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 year of experience In Accounting field

• Accounting/ Finance/ BA Bachelor Degree

• Fair English communication

• Strong In task management

• Experience In audit, tax, finance or accounting services companies Is a plus.
