L'Oréal hiring Junior Finance Controller

Operation task
- Review product pricing in SAP, EDI system
- Monthly/quarterly check promotion scheme in EDI, make sure every scheme aligned as approved plan, online & offline
- Enable/simplify effective promotion scheme of Offline & Online channel (QUATERLY)
- Monthly validate rebate, OCA, promotion for salon/Distributor as agreement with Salon/Distributor
- Monthly check sales incentive/edu incentive
- Validate Distributor contract with sales operation to make sure all contact signed, valid timing and stored as the process
- Control PLV budget with MKT team (LP, KR FG convert to PLV, POS/tool for salon..)
- Input all A&P expense in Compass which is aligned every trend/budget
- Download actual data from Compass and input to Working SISOSIT, run monthly book (short version) send to team
 


Reporting
- Monthly report stock in trade reconcile with DP
- Monthly official compass/Magnitude at closing month , make sure A&P revamp as group norm
- Monthly compass book for division mancom..
- Support for internal audit preparation, target 2022
- Monthly follow with sales admin for promotion communication to make sure sales admin archives all promotion communication in share folder to support for internal audit

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent
- Fresher or 1-year experience
- Passionate in Controlling
- Good communication skill and analytical skills
- Excellent in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledgeable of SAP and Power BI is a plus
