Currently, Frasers Property is hiring Intern – Tenant experience (Customer Experience Department)
Responsibilities
Customer Service (60%)
- Address tenants’ inquiries and requests within the timeframe of local regulations and organizational policies and service standards.
- Refer tenants to other partners and services as required.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Work at the Reception Counter according to the schedule assigned by the Team Leader
- Welcome, check-in, provide information, and direct visitors to work and visit the Building.
- Answer, receive, and process calls, and emails from tenants and visitors.
Administration (40%)
- Supporting all Tenant Experience activities in setting up and executing logistics for monthly events.
- Monitor and update operational inventories of facility floors.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business environment.
- Technically savvy and able to learn company-specific programs and software.
