ACCOUNTING OFFICER
General duties:
- To maintain proper records of all financial transactions related to Property Management Committee (“PMC”) works.
- To ensure that monthly PMC financial reports are issued on a timely basis.
- More details will be discussed in the interview.
Required Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or major related.
- Experience is preferred.
- Careful, honest, enthusiastic, patient and willing to learn.
- Should have had very good mathematic/accounting skills.
- Should be detail oriented.
- Can communicate in English.

SALES COORDINATOR
General duties:
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.
Required Skills:
- Fresh graduated
- Hospitality/ Tourism, Business Administration or major related.
- Well-groomed with a positive, guest service oriented attitude
- Can-do attitude
- English per operation requirement
- Computer literate
