Our job consists of hands-on learning through some assigned real tasks designed to provide you with direct experiences in Business Development
Associate
Business Development Associate is at the core of any business and Pangara is no exception. Pangara sales team have been mainly focused on Sweden and Scandinavian countries but are now setting their sights on other European countries.
In order to support this expansion into Europe and the sales team, Pangara is currently recruiting Business Development Associate who will be based in the Saigon office. The main responsibility of a Business Development Associate will be to source and identify new business opportunities through a variety of online channels.
Each people will have a specific market/country to focus on as we work together to grow your skills and your experience. As you progress through 3 months, responsibilities and duties will expand based on the current needs of the business during this exciting period of rapid expansion.
At Pangara, we always aim to develop and nurture our staff, meaning that becoming a part-time with us is not just for 3-months. Our aim for you to always become full-time employees with the company upon the successful completion of your job.
We are seeking potential candidates that meet the following qualifications:
- Good at English both communication and writing
- Active, can-do attitude and eager to learn and develop your career path in Human Resources
- Laptop is provided by yourself

- 5-day working week from 9AM-6PM (Monday-Friday), working hours to some extent flexibility (half-day).
