Starting a new academic year with many surprises and excitement to explore and experience, team-building activities are a good opportunity for the 2023 freshmen to meet and connect with their friends as well as quickly integrate to become familiar with the atmosphere of the UEF environment.

OCTOBER 8 - freshmen of the UK Bachelor’s programme and US bBachelor's program actively participated in Team-building session for 2023 freshmen, organized by the UEF International Institute in collaboration with URM club, IEF club and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Inter-Chapter of UEF International Institute.

Many International Institute freshmen participated in the team-building session

At this session, there were about 200 new students wearing many colors: blue, yellow, red corresponding to the programs divided into 11 teams to compete with each other. Commencing the program with a painting challenge, the students were free to express their team's character through highly creative lines and colors.

Along with physically demanding games, the freshmen also had to show their dexterity and intellectual agility in many challenges of decoding secret messages, answering questions, etc.

Through these team-building activities, the students will be able to practice communication skills, coordinate with teammates, and hone their soft skills like decision-making, problem-solving, creative thinking skills, etc. as well as engage in plenty of enthusiastic physical exercises.

Spontaneously unleash their creativity with the painting challenge

At first, UEFers were timid and afraid to participate in the team-building session, but just a few minutes later, they were quickly "in tune” with the program. From strangers, they had now become teammates. They were more open, more bold to share as well as devoted themselves side by side to overcome difficult challenges, the students together marched towards the finish line.
