UEF welcomes Japanese students for the pedagogical internship
FEBRUARY 26, UEF welcomed 2 Japanese students currently studying at APU Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University to support their internship. This is the Student Exchange Nippon Discovery (SEND) activity which is included in the Global Human Resources Development programme. This programme was organized by the Japanese Educational Department, exchanging their students overseas to take part in their teaching Japanese internship as well as gaining more cultural aspects.

APU students continuously come to UEF for their Japanese teaching internship
In the welcoming ceremony, there was the presence of Dr. Đỗ Hữu Nguyên Lộc - Vice President, Director of UEF International Institute; Dr. Võ Văn Thành Thân - Dean of Languages and International Cultures Faculty; Dr. Nguyễn Hồng Nhung - Deputy Director as well as other Japanese linguistics lectures.
As for the representative of Abroader Co., Ltd, there were the presence of Ms. Lê Bích Liên - the Manager of SEND programme, Ms. Phạm Ngọc Tú Anh - the coordinator of SEND programme and 2 APU students - Funato Risa and Makita Haruka.

2 Japanese students attending their Japanese teaching internship at UEF
During the period from February 26 to March 22, APU interns would join in some programmes including: being Japanese teaching assistants; organizing activities to introduce Japanese culture to other students; taking part in student-related activities under UEF’s instruction; attending face-to-face lessons with 120 working hours per 4 weeks of internship.
Throughout these activities, the Japanese language skills of UEF students would be enhanced when learning and experiencing hands-on conversations with native students. Meanwhile, the activity of exchanging Vietnamese-Japanese culture would be highly beneficial to those students.
