UoG representatives greet and meet with UEFers from the collaborative programmes
FEBRUARY 23 - The representative of the University of Gloucestershire, UK - Ms. Dho’un Azahari (Yong) - International Development Advisor had a meeting with UEF International Institute to discuss the target and cooperation orientation in the near future between the two universities. On this occasion, she also met and interacted with students of the international programme.
International programme’s students had a meeting with UoG’s representative.
In the meeting, Ms. Dho’un Azahari introduced the training facilities of UoG, and shared about the articulation programs to students. Beside that, UoG’s representative mentioned the clear pathway for UEFers to visualize the orientation of the international programmes according to each of the specialization and level.
Furthermore, postgraduate opportunities such as Master and Doctorate, UoG can cater to a diverse range of research fields like Business - Management, Cyber and Computer Security, Communication, Tourism - Hospitality, etc.
The articulation programme was presented in detail to students.
In Ms. Dho'un Azahari’s presentation, she also clarified key information such as admission criteria (language proficiency, GPA, etc.), application process and procedures. Recognizing the students’ financial considerations, she also delved into details regarding tuition fees and scholarship opportunities. Finally, the UoG representative provided a clear summary of important deadlines for students to keep in mind.
The event was further enlivened by Ms. Dho'un Azahari's “branded” gifts from UoG to the students. To receive these gifts, UEFers also showed their dynamism and intelligence to impress the international guests. The activity fostered a sense of international connection and boosted the students' confidence and self-assurance.

The working session between representatives from UoG and UEF concluded successfully. The exchange meeting with students of the international joint program was also very productive and engaging. In the future, UEFers hope to have more opportunities to meet Ms. Dho'un Azahari and the leaders of the partner university again in the international programs delivered by UEF and UoG.
