Winter Camp 2023: Opportunity for UEFers to exchange and study at Qufu Normal University, China

In order to promote international exchange activities from the beginning of the new academic year, UEF International Institute joined hands with the Faculty of Languages and International Cultures to organize the 2023 Winter Camp at Qufu Normal University, China.

The program is intended to last within 14 days as an opportunity for UEFers to interact with international students and discover the uniqueness of a long-standing country with rich cultural heritage.

Another captivating international exchange program in China

The Qufu Normal University is known as one of the strategic partners of UEF’s educational activities as the two universities signed an MOU in June 2023. UEF has also sent many batches of students to study under the international exchange program. This is a long-standing and large-scale general university in Shandong province, China.

The program is expected to start on November 13 and end on November 26, 2023. Chinese language competency at least HSK3 and above with a valid passport are requirements for every UEFers to attend this exchange program.

A notable feature of Winter Camp 2023 is that all the accommodation, food, living, and other expenses based on the program framework will be sponsored by the organizing committee. As for UEFers, the additional expenses include round-trip tickets, personal expenses, visa, and travel insurance costs.

Successful registrations will have to pay an application fee of 5,000,000 VND. This fee is regulated by tuition fees and charges applicable to international training programs in the 2023 - 2024 academic year.

Within 14 days in China, UEFers will have a chance to study with foreign faculty members and friends; as well as to visit and check in at time-honoured destinations, namely Confucius Museum, Kong Fu, Temple of Confucius, and various popular tourist attractions such as Shangjiushan historic village, Mount Ni, Confucius Culture Park. The students are also able to experience Chinese cultural arts such as paper-cutting and calligraphy and enjoy the regional cuisine of Shandong province.
