Winter Adventure in Korea - Short-term exchange program

In order to provide students with opportunities to experience the international study environment at reputable universities around the world, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) has worked with SolBridge International School of Business (Korea) to organize a short-term study program in Korea for UEF’s students from 13^th to 18^th February 2017.

Participating in this program, students are given a chance to study about Economics – Finance and to learn from the professional working style through various activities such as Simulation of Entrepreneur and Experience in Developing Business.

Besides, students can also explore Korean culture by joining a variety of exchange activities. They will have an opportunity to meet people, to communicate, and to experience. As a result, their foreign language skills would be significantly improved.

Moreover, students will be supported to take part in the exciting competition “UEF Winter Adventure in South Korea”. Candidates are required to make presentations in which they express their feelings about the time they spend in Korea and to write reports after that. At the end of the program, international certificates will be awarded to students who attend this short-term course at SolBridge International School of Business.

With the purpose of integrating the global education, UEF always gives priority to organizing international exchange programs, facilitating learning so that UEF students can have chances to cultivate their knowledge as well as to complete their skills. UEF intentionally works with famous universities such as University of Pittsburgh (USA), Bangkok University (Thailand), and University of SEGi (Malaysia) in order to provide students with the best services.

As recorded, representatives of UEF students paid a visit to Korea to take part in “Solbridge International Case Competition 2016” on October 21^st. This is a contest in which participants are required to analyze and solve business cases, which is annually held by SolBridge International School of Business.

“Through this competition, my team have figured out our strength and weakness as well as learned a lot from the opponents. The trip gave us opportunities not only to prove ourselves on an international playground but also to learn about the culture of other countries. Generally, it is a successful trip which helped Team Vietnam in general and Team UEF, in particular, to make good impressions on the others ”, said Ha An - one of UEF’s representatives at this competition.
