ASU valuable scholarship opportunities (US)

Engaging in exchange progams and global learning environments have become UEFers' indispensable annual activities.

In the coming July, UEFers will have the opportunity to participate in a short-term immersion program called "Sustainability & Innovation" after international activities has come to a halt due to Covid-19. Apart from the great experiences at Arizona State University (ASU) in the United States, the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) offers two valuable scholarships to individuals who apply for the program.

The study program will last from 5 July to 19 July 2022 (15 days), with each scholarship worth 3.725 USD (approximately 89,400,000 VND), including:

Application and tuition fee
Housing (dorm at ASU)
Meals plan costs
Air tickets cost support

Registration until 31 March 2022.

UEFers had numerous opportunities for international exchange program through prior study abroad courses

Arizona State University (ASU) is a public research university in the Phoenix metropolitan area According to the U.S Department of Education, ASU is one of the largest public universities in the U.S which brings together professors, doctors, and experts in various fields. Many faculty members have won prestigious awards such as the Nobel Prize, Pulitzer Prize, MacArthur Prize, Vetlesen Prize, International Hydrology Prize, etc.

ASU also has many achievements in education:

Eligibility Criteria and registration documents
Scholarship opportunities are available to students who meet the UEF's academic, training, and foreign language criteria:

GPA: 3.6 GPA or above (at the time of application submission)
Skills points: 80/100 (prioritizing students with outstanding achievements)
IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 700 or equivalent

English certificate (IELTS 5.5, TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
UEF student certificate (English version)
Transcript (English version)
Passport copy (valid until July, 2022)
2 photos size 5cm x 5cm.

Various international experiences for students
The program will be filled with interactive classes on diverse topics such as sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship - all while improving English skills and equipping UEFers with a broader perspective.

The program will help students become fluent on topics of sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship through hands-on activities, inspirational discussions and innovative learning methodologies.

There are also several possibilities for students to engage in live classes taught by ASU academics and specialists, as well as activities that extend cultural awareness and develop presenting abilities in English.

Upon completing the program which is administered by ASU Global Launch, leaders in English language and academic skills training, students will be able to receive a Certificate of Completion.
