This year’s forum brings together nearly 200 delegates from 11 countries and territories, representing a wide range of prestigious higher education institutions across the region. Participating universities include: Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (Malaysia); National Taichung University of Science and Technology (Taiwan, China); MES Group of Institutions (India); Jose Rizal University (Philippines); Tongmyong University (South Korea); De La Salle University (Philippines); Mokpo National University (South Korea); Sigma University (India); Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (China); Rangsit University (Thailand); Sunway University (Malaysia); Nanhua University (Taiwan, China); FAITH Colleges (Philippines); Jansons School of Business (India); Singapore Management University (Singapore); University of Airlangga (Indonesia); and Universitas Labuhanbatu (Indonesia).

Delegations from 19 universities across the region and Asia

Hosted by UEF for the first time, the forum adopts the theme “Green Shift - Digital Drift - Future Lift”, focusing on sustainable development, digital transformation, and the role of young leaders in an increasingly globalized world. In addition to discussions, the forum also fosters academic exchange, strengthens networking, and expands collaboration among higher education institutions across the region.

Within the forum, discussion topics are designed from an interdisciplinary perspective, centered around three key pillars: Green Shift, Digital Drift, and Future Lift. Specifically, the sessions will address issues such as innovation aligned with sustainable development, the application of digital technologies in management and business, social entrepreneurship, and the role of young leaders in tackling global challenges. Through these activities, students and delegates will have the opportunity to engage with emerging trends while developing leadership mindsets in a multicultural environment.

The forum will officially open this afternoon, March 18

The forum also features the participation of experienced speakers, experts, and educational leaders, notably Dr. Ly Thien Trang – Vice President of HUTECH and Director of Quality Assurance and Accreditation at UEF, and Dr. Kyung Su Kang – Chairman of the Tongmyong University Educational Foundation. In addition, international students will present highly practical projects aimed at generating positive social and community impact. The diverse perspectives and real-world insights shared by the speakers are expected to provide strong academic inspiration, contributing to shaping the mindset and aspirations of the next generation of young leaders across the region.

The organization of reception activities for delegations from the moment they arrive in Vietnam not only ensures smooth logistical operations for the event but also reinforces UEF’s image as a capable host of international academic initiatives. At the same time, it contributes to promoting an integrated educational environment and advancing sustainable development.
