Two more UEF students embark on a 12-month internship in Japan

AUGUST 6, in the context of international businesses increasingly prioritizing recruiting personnel with the ability to integrate, overseas internship programs not only broaden professional experience but also serve as a benchmark for the quality of practical training. With a consistent internationalization orientation, UEF continues to provide students with opportunities to access a global working environment, gradually strengthening their professional competencies and the ability to adapt in different cultures.

Recently, on the evening of August 5, Lưu Xuân Hoài and Trịnh Đăng Khải, two Japanese Language students, officially started their internship at Hiyori Ocean Resort Okinawa (Japan). As a superior hospitality and resort business, the company offers a professional working environment for students to apply their specialized knowledge, enhance language competence, and accumulate practical experiences based on international standards.

UEFers will spend 12 months experiencing international working environment 

During the internship in Japan, UEFers will participate in various positions in operation and hotel services, including welcoming and assisting customers, coordinating with other departments, and handling situations that arise during the process. Working in an environment where Japanese is the primary language, the two students will have the opportunity to apply their specialized knowledge in real-world settings, while practicing their communication skills, professional working style, and the ability to adapt to the operational standards of an international enterprise.

This journey not only serves as an opportunity for the two students, but also reflects the effectiveness of the work-integrated training model that UEF has developed for many years.
