AUGUST 17, a working session took place between The University and Upraise Japan Joint Stock Company aiming to exchange the plan of taking students to Japan for internships, meanwhile expanding job opportunities for students majoring in Japanese Language, Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Service sector.

In the working session, representatives of Japan Upraise introduced the process of formation, operation orientation and Vietnam-Japan Human Resources Development Programs. The Company was established in 2014 in Tokyo, Japan, operating in the supplying of high quality human resources sector.
Through two key programs including long-term intern and post-graduate engineer recruitment according to official working in Japan formality, Upraise orients to create more job development choices for students and Vietnam workers in an international environment.

Based on this information, UEF representatives and faculties exchanged training orientation, especially hoping to take students to business environments suitable for their major. The experience of actual work in Japan is expected to help students have professional training chances, professional demeanor, adaptation capability and working competence in a multicultural environment.
Two parties exchanged thoroughly about programs capable of implementation cooperation, from specialized internships to long-lasting work orientation at businesses, Japan corporations after finishing the program. Discussion content also went through practical issues such as recruitment request, Japanese proficiency level, training and recruitment process, procedure and document, fee, student benefit, support policy as well as the coordination mechanism between parties.
Besides programs for UEFers of Language and Service sectors are being concentrated and implemented all along, the expansion to Logistics and Supply Chain Management also shows diversification of international experience chances for UEF students.
Faculties together with businesses exchanged detailed demands about the student recruitment process
Ending the working session, two parties agreed on continuing to discuss complete cooperation contents, and planned on signing the memorandum of understanding (MOU) in the near future. This will be a foundation for ideas discussed transforming into practical programs step by step, creating more choices for students in the studying and job preparation process.
With the orientation in strengthening international business connections, UEF went on expanding partner networks in Japan, bringing international career experience closer to UEFers of various major sectors. Each internship program is opened as well as adding one more opportunity for students to step out of the classroom space, verifying knowledge by actual experience and preparing a stronger spirit for the global labor market.
