"On-site studying abroad" at UEF meets international standards

Currently, many students choose to study abroad to gain more valuable experiences. However, besides considerable expense, students may encounter major barriers including differences in environment, culture, climate, safety concerns...

The learning environment meets international standards 

As one of few universities in Vietnam to achieve a 4-star Certificate from the international QS Stars University Ratings, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance (UEF) has obtained a 5-star QS rating for these specific criteria: Teaching, Employability, Facilities, Inclusiveness.

At the same time, UEF is a member of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), USA. This global business education accrediting body receives the recognition of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), USA.

In particular, the international bachelor’s program is held by UEF in collaboration with universities in the UK (Leeds Trinity University, University of Gloucestershire) and the US (Keuka University).

Nguyen Thi Hoai Phuong – a student of the UK Bachelor’s Programme (University of Gloucestershire) - shared that besides the curriculum framework with world advanced educational quality, the international bachelor’s program helps students meet, interact with international experts, and approach global issues. Moreover, UEFers (as UEF students are called) are provided with multiple necessary soft skills and regularly connect with students from other countries.

With an international bachelor's program, students are facilitated for all-round development, focusing on research and proposing creative solutions related to specialized knowledge; professional practice while studying with foreign faculty members; and participating in an exchange program with famous experts in the world…

Notably, life skill is a series of topics deployed throughout the learning process, aiding students in adapting and responding well to future career challenges.

The quality education is guaranteed by partner universities

The University of Gloucestershire – one of the most prestigious universities in the world - is a fantastic option many students have considered. In March 2020, the University of Gloucestershire was ranked 6th globally in the 2019 Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES). PRES is the largest ranking system, exploring the views of 50,000 postgraduate researchers from more than 100 universities and research institutions in the UK. The programme is organized biennially by Advance HE – the UK's top educational consulting organization.

Leeds Trinity is ranked in the top 10% of UK institutions for teaching excellence (The Sunday Times University Guide 2013); in the top 10% in the UK for student satisfaction with feedback and assessment (The Guardian University Guide 2013); in the top 10 UK universities for teaching quality and student experience (The Times University League Table).

With a history of 130 years, Keuka University is a center for training highly qualified human resources from undergraduate to graduate level. The university aims to educate global citizens and leaders for the United States and the world.

In addition, business administration programs are accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE).
