APRIL 4, UEF will kick off the cultural and culinary event “Spanish and Friends Day”. The festival is organized by the Spanish and Latin America Institute in collaboration with the Department of Student Services.
At UEF, multicultural and diverse activities are continuously organized for domestic and international students. “Spanish and Friends Day” will provide a chance for UEFers to immerse themselves in the distinctive atmosphere of Spanish-speaking and Latin American countries. Here, students can connect, delve into the cultures of these nations, enjoy local specialties, freely interact through outstanding music activities, and receive many attractive gifts.

Cuisine remains a distinctive feature of the festival
Annually, the cultural festival of Spanish-speaking and Latin American countries attracts significant interest and a warm welcome from a large number of lecturers and students. The event receives the support and participation from consulate representatives of countries in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as sponsorship from both domestic and foreign enterprises, etc. All contribute to creating a festival imbued with many meaningful and diverse activities.
Vibrant cultural exchange environment
“Spanish and Friends Day” will take place throughout the day from 8:00 to 18:00. At the event, UEFers will have the opportunity to broaden their horizons with the distinctive Flamenco dance performances from the land of bullfighting, performed by professional dancers from Spain. For students interested in the Spanish language and desire to study abroad, they can attend the talk show "Language and Study Abroad in Spain''. To savor the specialties of these countries, UEFers can also visit the eye-catching food stalls.
Integrating numerous beneficial activities, helping students gain a deeper understanding of the cultures of these countries
In addition, the festival also features an impressive musical space with timeless songs of southwestern Europe. Students can groove along to these tunes and engage with Spanish dancers and singers. Through direct interaction with the locals, UEFers will develop a deeper interest and curiosity about the cultural characteristics and the way Spanish people express themselves and interact with friends at the festival.
Are you ready, UEFers? Prepare your dazzling and colorful outfits to "party" together on April 4. This promises to be an exciting event, leaving enduring memories on UEF students' journey of exploring international cultures.
