Foreign languages are one of the essential knowledge that must be refreshed on a regular and continuous basis. Spanish is particularly a special language, and learning Spanish can contribute to the expansion and development of tourism in the city. Thus, the training of foreign languages will help the city's tourism keep up with the development trend" - Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism added.
