Vocational internship activities of BCIS students at UEF

FEBRUARY 15 - UEF organized an internship guidance session on communication and career counseling for students from the Bilingual Canadian International School (BCIS) with the desire to strengthen the international exchanges, cooperation as well as to create opportunities for students to visit and engage in work-integrated learning at UEF.

February 15 - Students from Bilingual Canadian International School (BCIS) participated in numerous activities at UEF


Issues in the process of writing articles, and posting on fanpage were emphasized, such as the writing style, which must be polite and formal; Photos have to be alluring, well-organized, and convey messages, etc. Common mistakes in posts were also indicated by Ms. Phuong, namely: Spelling errors; A lack of basic information (event names, organizational units, main activities); Lengthy headlines,....; 2 short paragraphs with a total of more than 150 words, etc.




Students gathered information on UEF's communication activities


In the afternoon, Mr. Luu Hoang Thien Minh – UEF faculty member assited students in acquiring more knowledge about Business Administration, Marketing, .. and orienting a career that is suitable for them. The qualities required in the major, subjects and the practical problems that need to be solved, ... were attentively added. To address students' worries about being unable to direct their professions, Mr. Minh introduced the "fish" technique, which required students to split their interests, passions, and pay levels in order to understand themselves.

The student delegation from the Bilingual Canadian International School will continue to exchange and study at UEF until February 17. With UEF’s hospitality and companionship, the students are certain to have gained interesting experiences. This will also be the foundation for the two parties to continue to have effective cooperation programs and activities in the future.
