“The time shop” acts as an educational experience in emotion, self-understanding, and self-accompanying. The event attracted a wide range of students and youth across the city to participate.
From the very first moments, participants were immersed in a Live Acoustic filled with emotional melodies, where music became the bridge between heart and memory. With familiar melodies, rhythms as well as positive messages like “Because I’m still alive” (Vi toi con song), “Miracle” (Phep mau),...evoked reflections on the value of the present and faith in the future.

The highlight of the event was the talk show “Maturity is a skill, not an instinct”. Here, young people were approached with the science perspectives and the reality of psychological development. Speaker Nguyen Anh Khoa mentioned critical issues: understanding the nature of trauma and pressure, identifying the inner child, cultivating self-compassion, and equipping oneself with skills to process memories, heal the present, and build a more resilient future.

The speaker emphasized that maturity is not simply the product of time, but the result of practicing skills, self-awareness, and self-regulation. He added: “If you know how to pause and listen to your emotions, balance your mind and heart, you will mature more sustainably. This is also an essential toolkit for entering university, where the way you learn, think, and live all demand proactivity and creativity.”
“The Time Shop” proved to be a meaningful and emotionally engaging educational activity, offering young people a platform to experience, explore, and learn. With UEF’s support, the program provided a space for students to sharpen soft skills and emotional intelligence—crucial elements that complement academic knowledge in their learning and growth journey.
Unique experiences helped young people learn how to listen to themselves
As “The Time Shop” concluded, what remained were unforgettable moments, a sense of trust and understanding, and practical skills to accompany young people on their journey ahead. These enduring values are precisely what UEF and its partners aim to disseminate.
