With the aim of enhancing students’ soft skills, the Center for Business Cooperation organized a series of workshops featuring insights from corporate professionals. On the morning of May 6, the workshop titled “Next-Gen Goals: Shaping Your Success Story” took place, where students were motivated to set future goals as a foundation for success.

The speaker for the event was Mr Le Van Hien — an entrepreneur training expert in the U.S. and a television director — joined by guest singer Luu Truc Ly. From UEF, the event was attended by Dr. Nhan Cam Tri - Vice President; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Loan - Deputy Director, Center of Corporate Partnerships; and Mr. Tran Thanh Huy - Deputy Director, Center of Corporate Partnerships.

Goals should be based on self-understanding—knowing who you are and what your strengths are—so that they are clear, appropriate, and feasible.
