Cooperation agreement signed between UEF and Angelo State University

Since the beginning of the year, prestigious universities all around the world have been conducting their cooperation with Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance. After Gloucestershire University (UK) or California Southern University (USA), recently Angelo State University also promoted its cooperation with UEF by signing agreements that accredit UEF’s business programs.

The ceremony was carried out under the supervision of Dr. Won-Jae Lee – ASU Executive Director in Asia Pacific – and other ASU members. The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Nguyen Thanh Giang – UEF President, Dr. Do Huy Nguyen Loc – Director of Institute of International Education, Mr. Dang Van Le, Ph.D – Deputy Director of Institute of International Education

The ceremony was successfully conducted, promising new advances in UEF’s campaign of expanding cooperation in international education.

According to the agreement, UEF will offer one of its most prominent students an opportunity to continue his or her study at ASU every year. Meanwhile, ASU will also send one of its most prominent students to UEF. Besides, the two universities will continue discussing their lecturer exchange process as well as their Master programs.

In addition, ASU accredits UEF’s programs and accepts UEF sophomores who are pursuing 2 – 2 programs (the first 2 years are spent at UEF, the last 2 years are spent at its foreign partners). To be specific, UEF students following programs in Business Administration, Finance and Banking, Accounting, Marketing, Foreign Trade and Information Technology can register and take part in this program which will reward them with degrees issued by ASU.
